“wamin ayatihia ..g..yatafakkarun;” (the Qur’an, alRum:21)
The family can well be the most important establishment built by humans; it is a vital and admirable and noble responsibility that one bears when he/she enters the relationship of matrimony: and first step towards this establishment.
As for the success of people in fulfilling this responsibility, it varies very widely. Though, it must be said that most marital relationships realize only moderate, or even very little success.
One would wonder is it inevitable that few family members succeed in have a firm relationship? Should we just accept this weak relationship – in most families – as binding destiny that must be accepted?
Well, we have another observation: most people who set about marrying have not done enough to realize the necessary conditions of improving their opportunity of a successful marriage.
We, in the Rejuvenation of a Generation, believe that humans can, to a far degree, be in control of the outcome of marital relationships, and the outcome of education, God willing – should those involved do their best to realize the proper conditions.
Through the present Course, we hope, in collaboration with the participants, to go a long way towards realizing such success.
We have been keen, in this Course to put within reach of the participants, the fruit of a long experience and effort in the sphere of family and family relationships.
Those who observe the work in this Course will notice the originality, authoritativeness, and the scientificity of instruments that distinguish our work; and that it is based on the values of ‘Tazkiyah: Enhancement’. It most distinctive feature can be its being practical in a large degree.
We endeavor to always present the content of this Course through interaction with the participants, which is reflected in the life of the trainees, and is translated into a review of concepts and a change of behavior.
We do our best, here and elsewhere, to exercise experiential learning.
The Trainees
This Course is designed for individuals about to marry, or newly married – and those married couples who wish to upgrade their relationships.
We require that both parties are enrolled together.
Let it be added, by the way, that this Course is not designed to treat intense marital disputes: we rather confine our Course to prevention and preparation, not intense conflicts.
Main objectives of the Course:
The married couple reflect on the values and objectives on which their relationship and family must be established, and they do their best to pinpoint those value and objectives.

They debate the importance and role of the relationship with the extended family, and how it may be supported.
They practice:

They develop the skills of communication and efficient listening, to have that employed in the family life.
The main skills of solving problems and disputes within the family.
The ways of enhancing an atmosphere of affection and compassion at home.
Acquiring the skills of dealing with stress.
