The present training Portfolio aims to develop the personality of our children, and their self-confidence, their freedom and creativity; it also boosts their independence, efficiency.

It also aims to help the youths discover themselves, and their potentials, and to examine the thoughts that go through their minds.

They get acquainted with their strong points, the domains where they may be used, how to develop them; they will explore their talent, its importance, and the role it plays in developing their personality.

  They will be introduced to the importance of self-examination, and will practice some methods designed to help them respond to challenges, after they have done self-examination.

They will be acquainted with the meanings of freedom, independence and responsibility, their limits; the way they may be practiced and their applications in the domains of family and society; and they will explore the relationship between responsibility and independence.

They will examine the meaning of prudent money management, the ways of financial planning within the value-bound framework: abiding by what is beneficial, in both earning and spending.

This Course seeks to develop a youth’s self-confidence, and to help him/her realize the impediments of self-confidence, and how to overcome them;

And also getting to know personal efficiency and how to realize it; distinguishing what is efficient and what is not; exploring their role in life and their position, and determining their priorities, wisely and in a balanced way.

They will be trained to develop their recognition of leadership skills in their own experience, and how to develop them; they will be helped to clearly specify their aims, subject to measurement; and they set a future plan depending on strategic thinking.

 They are trained to appreciate art, and to practice it within the framework of tazkiyah
